Fulfillment Policy

• Delivery — All of our products are digital goods, and delivery is immediate. After successful purchase, you will be redirected to product download page which you can get your digital product.


• Cancellations — Orders placed through our website may be cancelled within 14 days of receipt of order. Cancellations must be placed by calling Customer Service at +1 218 246 4412, with a follow-up notice in writing to support@poletu.com


• Refunds — Refunds may be issued for orders that are cancelled by either party. Funds will be reapplied to credit card on record within 14 days of cancellation or refund acceptance.
